Doctor Silvia Krug

Silvia  Krug received her M.Sc. in computer engineering and the Dr.-Ing. with a focus on communication networks from Technische Universtät Ilmenau Germany in 2013 and 2017, respectively.

She is currently working as  Senior Researcher in the  embedded systems design research group at IMMS and holds an adjunct Assistant Professor at Mid Sweden University, Sweden.

Research interests include communication aspects for wireless sensor systems with a focus on energy-efficiency and design considerations for distributed IoT systems.
